How do I verify my account?

Lottoland South Africa is licensed by the Western Cape Racing and Gambling Board.

To comply with our licence agreement, we are required to provide proof of identity for every player.

For this reason, we typically ask our players to provide one option from the following, ensuring they are valid and include the bearer's photograph, full names, date of birth, and identity number:

  1. ID Card - Front and Back / ID Book
  2. Passport - Details page

Please ensure that all photos are in full colour, with no corners cut off, and in PDF, JPEG or PNG image format.

Further verification may be requested, such as a Proof of Address and Proof of Bank Account Details. These documents must be provided in PDF format as screenshots will not be accepted.

You can easily upload your verification documents from your account.

The upload option may appear in different places, depending on what is available to you.

You can use any of these options:

  • Go to My Transactions and open the Payout section.
  • Go to My Account > Profile and use the document upload link, if available.

Select Upload Documents from the menu at the top of the page.

Just follow the on-screen instructions to complete your upload.

Alternatively, you can send your documents to https://lottolandza.custhelp.com/app/documents.
