Maximum Daily Deposit Limit

You can add your deposit limit at any time by going to your Player Account, choosing 'My Account' from the drop-down menu, and editing your 'Deposit Limits' accordingly. 

Please note, the Daily Deposit time period is 00.00 - 24.00.

Temporary Account Suspension

Should you wish to take a break from Lottoland, go to your Player Account and choose 'My Account' from the drop-down menu. Under 'Account and Responsible Betting Status', click 'Edit' and select 'Self Exclusion'. 

Choose how long you would like to suspend access to your account for and press ‘Submit’. 

Your account will be automatically blocked for the selected period. 

To unblock the account after the selected period, you will be required to contact Customer Service.

Account Closure

If you want to close your Lottoland account, go to your Player Account and choose 'My Account' from the drop-down menu. Under 'Account and Responsible Betting Status', click 'Edit' and select the 'Close Account' option.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail following each of the three actions taken. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please message us through our Chat for assistance.
