How do I edit my registered personal details on my Player Account?

To edit your registered e-mail address and password, log into your account and select ‘My Account’. Click on 'Edit', make your changes, and 'Submit'.

For registration typos, contact us via chat.

To amend your mobile number, name, address, or date of birth, provide proof of identity and address:

1. ID Card - Front and Back / ID Book
2. Passport - Details page
3. Driving Licence Photo Card - Front and Back

If your address is not on these documents, provide a recent document with proof.

Documents can be uploaded via 'My Account > Profile' or by selecting 'Upload Documents' from the top of the page.

Currency changes require closing the current account and opening a new one.
