Here are some steps to follow to assist you so you can get on and enjoy our games:

1. Click on the ‘Register’ icon to the top right of the page.
2. Complete the following details:
E-mail address, Password, Full Name, Date of Birth, Address.
*Please use your own personal details and check you have entered the correct credentials before clicking the green button.*
3. Once you are happy the details you have entered are correct, click on the button ‘Create a New Account’.

Note: There is no option to choose Mrs or Miss when registering an account.

Lottoland offers title options Mr and Ms. The title Ms can apply to Mrs or Miss and this information will not affect your claim for any wins.

For identity verification and personal data sharing:

Verification is required due to our licence obligations. We need to verify the name, age, and address of our customers. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), allows your account to become fully activated. You may be asked for further documents in the future as part of routine checks.

We gather key personal information during registration to verify your identity and tailor your Lottoland experience. We ensure that your information is up to date throughout your experience with us.

If you face any issues with a house number during registration, please enter '11' and contact us afterwards to correct it.
