What is the Auto-renew feature?

The Auto-renew feature allows you to set up a running fixed odds bet, ensuring you never miss a draw with your favorite bets entered automatically.

What are the renewal payment options offered?

Your regular fixed odds bet will automatically renew according to the desired duration period entered. This can be weekly, every 2, 4, 8, 26, or 52 weeks. Simply tick the 'Auto-renew' box and choose the duration.

How are the renewal payments taken?

The fixed odds bet will renew following the final draw on your submitted bet. Payments are taken from your Lottoland Player Account Balance, followed by your registered payment card if necessary.

Do I have to keep an auto-renewal renewing forever?

You can cancel at any time by signing into your Player Account and following the steps to manage your bets. Alternatively, contact Customer Service for assistance.
