What is the PayoutHunt auto-renew feature?

What is the PayoutHunt auto-renew feature?

The PayoutHunt auto-renew feature automatically enters your fixed odds bet into future draws according to your chosen frequency, until the main prize is won by you or another player. Tick the 'Hunt' auto-renew box when creating your bet to ensure you don't miss any draws.

What are the renewal payment options offered?

Your bet renews automatically based on the frequency set: weekly, every 2, 4, 8, 26, or 52 weeks.

How are the renewal payments taken?

Payments are drawn from your Lottoland Player Account Balance following the draw. If multiple draws occur weekly and no prize is won, the bet renews for each, resulting in multiple transactions if necessary. Any shortfall will be covered by your registered payment card.

Do I have to keep an auto-renew renewing forever?

You can cancel 'PayoutHunt' auto-renew anytime. To cancel:
1. Log into your Lottoland player account.
2. Click on 'My Activity' to view your bets.
3. Identify and click the cancel button for your bet.
4. Confirm cancellation by clicking 'Yes'.

You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation with the final draw date. If you don’t receive the email, please contact us. We're here to help if you need assistance with cancellation.
