If you made a deposit with a 1Voucher, Blu Voucher or Lottoland Voucher and the amount credited is incorrect, the Voucher shows as redeemed but the deposit was not credited, or you receive an error message, please contact us via the support email and provide an image showing the serial number and amount of the Voucher for further investigation.
